Hi I’ve just moved house (today) do I still need to notify of the change of address (TM28) or just do the TM30 (and can I do this online or do I have to go to MTT). I’ve seen some posts from last year but wanted to check current requirements as things like to change! thank you very much

TLDR : Answer Summary
After moving house in Thailand, you will need to submit a TM30 form, which can be filed by you or your landlord at the MTT office. Currently, the online filing system is not operational, so it's recommended to visit in person to submit the form.

You, or the landlord, will have to file a TM30. This can be done at MTT. The online system is not working right now, so go on Friday and submit it :)

going the first day the immigration office is open after a holiday will allow you to file a TM30 without a fine for late filing

You do it at MTT counter B

wow the system is still down! Ok that’s fine thank you very much for your help. As an additional, as the 24 hour period falls over a public holiday, do you know if there will be a fine for filling the TM30 on Friday?
