I was asked in December on arrival. I didn’t have 20k baht in cash but I had thousands in GBP in cash and showed them my bank and they were happy 🤷‍♂️

It depends how many times he entered in the last year or so. There is no limit but if the IO believes you are not a tourist then they have a right to refuse entry or tell you to get a tourist visa next time. Doesn’t mean he’s done something wrong as it’s down to the discretion of the IO.

You don’t need to fill that part in unless you have the details and want to but it’s not required
