As the others said, won't be an issue, the tm6 on you filled out is fine, I have been here for 4 years and have never needed to get a tm30 reported on my behalf, also no issues with extensions, just keep that white arrival card, well actually that gets filed, so keep the departure card
Totally agree about the female IOs, I've only ever been questioned by a female, this was before on VE in the premium lane, they would always ask "what are you doing here? Are you working?" I would reply, no, holiday, I personally think the female IOs are jealous
In my younger days I spent a lot of time in Thailand probably around generally around 120 days every year, all were on VE and I was always flying in business and using the premium lanes in BKK never had an issue, however over the last few years the IOs have been cracking down on people with a lot of VE in passports, I live here now and the PE visa works out much cheaper then doing back to back METV, the PE is about 18k aud for 5 years, (that's what I paid 3 years ago when the FX was better) and flights back to Sydney return is about aud 4000 per year, then thier is accommodation etc so it does work out cheaper in the long term, based in thb, it's comes down to 8300 thb per month for the PE
in theory yes, but the IOs get a bit grumpy at when they see a lot of VE in your passport, just make sure you have the 20k thb in cash with you when arriving, as sometimes the IOs use that for an excuse to deny an entry
once the visa is issued its valid to the until date, you don't really need to leave, but it will cost 1900 thb per year if you don't leave the country, 90 day yes and no, elite does this for you, correct if your husband is no longer married to you if you pass away he will need to look at other options to stay in Thailand, so if he is on the PE elite visa you won't have any issues,
sorry I don't know about PR, but from what I have read it's only a limited amount of people that are able to obtain pr here, on another note, yes PE holders need to do the 90 day report but Thai elite do this for you automatically so no need to visit immigration
Well of your a Thai national you don't need the PE visa, and if your married to your husband he's probably better getting the marriage visa, the PE is multi entry so can leave and come as many times as you want, every time you arrive you get an extra year, so if timed well it's actually a 6 year visa for the easy access option
Also the perks are not worth it, terrible actually, I don't play golf or goto spas, don't need the fast track as I usually get the premium lane coupon from my flights, the accommodation is always a lot cheaper on agoda, and the transfers are just AOT, my other half usually picks me up as we live about 20 min away from the airport
