People that get the visa but don't attend to learn thai, they are abusing the system, and possibly taking the place of someone that genuinely wants to learn
i agree with that, i have a thai partner and her mum doesn't speak english very well, also a lot of my thai friends i would like to be able to speak more, its basic thai i speak now so doing the ed benefits me by the language and the length of stay. I always believe where you live you should learn the language, i grew up in spain, so i speak fluent spanish, thats how it should be :) p.s i don't expect to ever speak fluent thai 5555
Tod if i felt that way you would have had a keyboard warrior throwing threats ;) no offense taken, and i am happy that i am more knowledgeable about it now , thanks and again to you and rob
Hey rob, tod just explained it clearer than anyone has before, clearly there was a loss of complete understanding when mhs chief told me. I didn't mean to give flase info but as i was just told one thing by someone i assumed knows his job i thought i would pass on my experience. But the guy clearly was off the mark a little whilst explaining, but thanks to you both anyways !
well tod i would like to thank you for clearing that up for me, and it explains what he said, i have seen you know your stuff and i and everyone alike appreciates it, its a lot easier hearing that from you rather than a thai, even if their english is rather good
i'm asking my own questions, i don't have a marriage visa yet, i was inquiring about one and what you have seen me type down is what i was told. What i have in my passport has nothing to do with any of this. I was just passing on to the OP what i was told by immi in MHS
if thats the case then why is he telling me on a marriage visa to only report to him every 3 months? Not baeng soucy but the main guy, im not talking about a metv im talking a marriage visa, so is it 3 month border bounce or 3 month visit to immi ?
