you can quarantine in Bangkok or Pattaya

You have to stay in your room untill day 5, on day 5 you go escorted for a covid test, do the test then back to the room.

on day 6 you get your results and can book your 45-60minutes time slot to go to the roof or pool area on day 7

Day 7-14 you can have a 45 min pre booked slot to go roof/pool

Day 12 a second covid test if that’s clear then can use the gym if they have it but your nearly done so no big deal

The day you arrive is day 0 and you leave on day 15

You can only quarantine in a pre book asq hotel in Bangkok or chonburi booked before you arrive

02 luxury is good if you need a balcony or my mates in hotel icon and says the room and food are great
