For quarantine the hotel must be AQ, not SHA+. Strictly confined in your room.

 yes because the QR code will be easier for entering and traveling within Thailand. A simple flash is quicker than thorough paper checks.

 they will include it when they change your package for the new one. I don't see any problem there.

 the new 1 day package is called "test & go" so I'm sure SHA+ will include the test in their price.

Bear in mind that Thailand Pass will replace COE for all programmes (no-quarantine, sandbox and quarantine).

COE will cease to exist except for a couple of special cases (ie medical tourism).

Where can I find a list of COVID quarantine hotels in Phuket and Bangkok?

Yaron Diamant the majority of the hotels in Phuket prefer the SHA+ certification for vaccinated people. ASQ is for quarantine.
