yes because the QR code will be easier for entering and traveling within Thailand. A simple flash is quicker than thorough paper checks.

the new 1 day package is called "test & go" so I'm sure SHA+ will include the test in their price.

Bear in mind that Thailand Pass will replace COE for all programmes (no-quarantine, sandbox and quarantine).

COE will cease to exist except for a couple of special cases (ie medical tourism).
