I wouldn't confess or admit to anything in the application that will disqualify you from the DTV application. The staff in Taipei had questioned why I had visited Thailand already on multiple occasions. I always sticked to "visiting friends" or "learning diving" knowing that my application will be rejected if she caught me admitting I was working all this time. For an evisa this could be dicey if the embassy insists you scan all of the entry stamps in your entire passport for the application.
Told to collect my passport 4pm the next day after the Taipei office accepted my documents in that afternoon. Won't be the same after they move to the evisa system
I was questioned in Taipei about my frequent visits into the kingdom and the nature of my stay. I had to emphasise that I was working remotely and not with a Thai company. It look some persuasion but my application was accepted. I don't know how this will work now that Taipei has transitioned to an evisa application.
yes the morning 9am is the main application session with the crowds. I had a tongue lashing - guess the coffee hasn't kicked in. You must have caught them in a good mood just before closing time. 🤣
