TLDR : Answer Summary
The approval times for the Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) vary significantly depending on the country and circumstances. Reports indicate that approvals range from less than 24 hours in Brasilia, Brazil, to as long as 8 weeks in some cases. Most common approval times reported were between 2 to 3 days in locations such as Taipei, Vietnam, and Jakarta. It is noted that some embassies may take longer due to holiday schedules or require additional documentation. Expat experiences highlight a broad range of processing timelines which can be dependent on local embassy practices.

Around 7 business days, almost 3 weeks, because it happened during different holidays in Thailand and Poland. It’s worth noting that embassies observe holidays in both countries.

Well, that's considered 3 days. You apply in the morning of day 1 and receive your visa in the afternoon of day 3. Apply Monday morning, receive Wednesday afternoon. Savannakhet is now the same (previously, they were overnight processing).
