If you’re going to your home nation apply for a METV and you will be able to use that for 6 months. And then you’ll have 2 land crossings for 2019

After that you’ll need to get another visa.

If you do not have an extensive history of back to back visa exempt and tourist visas then you’ll probably not be asked.

you can get a multiple re entry permit then you don’t need to specify dates. Just remember to do 90 day reports if you don’t exit before any 90 day stay.
