Visa and WP are both a must to be able to be in the country and work

of course not, but you can get the non-immigrant B visa based on WP3 to enter the country

It’s the same non-immigrant B (B means business) visa for any type of employment

What was the agreement with the hiring company? If they apply for the WP3 letter at ministry of labour, it takes around 3 months and then with that letter you can apply for a non-immigrant B visa at an embassy. If you come as tourist, you can come right away but might not have enough time to receive the WP3 letter in time.

Yes, lost. I think you can find multiple METV posts here in this group mentioning the same thing. METV is valid from issue date and not from first arrival.

It means you have to prove you have enough money in your bank. If you have a savings account then just get a fresh statement showing the balance is more than 200k thb in AUD.

if she wants to do offline via post, then yes, you need to give photocopies of certain things such as passport and TM6.

registering TM30 online, to get the username and password has nothing to do with tenant. Only landord/owner details needed. Once it's done and owner gives you the login details (or she can do herself/himself), it's 1 minute to fill in the data (e.g. passport number and TM6 form number) and nothing has to be uploaded as picture.
