Hi Everyone,

In the next week I will be applying for my 2nd STVisa extension in BKK at the division 1 immigration bureau. My situation has changed since my last application and I am now living with my Thai girlfriend in her rental Condominium.

Regarding requirement #5 from the website:

Proof of place to stay after discharge from the quarantine facility such as proof of payment for hotel accommodation, copy of condominium title deed owned by an alien or a family member, proof of condominium or house rental, proof of payment for purchasing or leasing a condominium where an alien can legally purchase or lease

Would the proof of condominium or hour rental agreement be enough even though my name is not on the lease? Or would I need a TM30 filled out by my GF, or her landlord?

Thank you so much.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on proof of residence needed for a second STVisa extension in Bangkok, specifically whether a rental agreement in their girlfriend's name suffices. They inquire about the necessity of a TM30 form and additional documentation.

No matter what, your address should be registered at the local Immigration Office within 24 hours after arriving, if done in person the form needed has number TM30.

For your Extension application I would advice the lease or rental contract and a letter from your girlfriend that she invites you, with full name and passport number to stay with her full name and id card number at this address.

. Understood and much appreciated.

From your girlfriend as her name is on the contract, but you might ask the landlord. As long as you have a copy and an invitation letter to stay there.

Hi Robert, when you say advice the lease or rental contract, do you mean to get a copy from the landlord? He was made aware that I would be here. Thank You
