Hi guys.

Next Monday I will going to MTT for COVID extend (my visa is TR. and I had 30day extended 1 time already)

Also I must be report TM30 too.

I prepared the documents below.

1. passport copy

2. passport picture

3. Visa copy

4. immigration stemp copy

5. T.M.6 copy

6. 60day stay permission latter from korean embassy

7. TM30 filled (my girlfriend fill up- I stay my girlfriend's condo and her own condo)

8. Power of attorney form notification.

9. Girlfriend's ID card copy

10. Girlfriend's condo certificate of ownership copy

My plan is

monday morning go to MTT

1. report TM30 (I must be pay penalty 800thb)

2. go to TR visa extend. 1900thb

Please let me know if I missed anything for TM30 and COVID 60days extend
