ORIGINAL POSTER( I know the "O" does not require health insurance). For anyone on an O-A visa, this is required Foreign Insurance Certificate: As stipulated by the Office of Insurance Commission and Health Insurance of Thailand, this certificate must be completed, signed, and stamped by the insurance company. Has anyone had luck with that specifically BCBS Federal? TIA!
