Approved in 3 days by the Los Angeles Embassy! 🎉

I applied online for the workcation visa and I'm shocked it was approved so quickly! I'm a business owner/remote worker so here's what I provided in case anyone needs guidance:

* Personal bank account balance summary (stamped at a local branch): I did not need to submit a 3 or 6 month statement, the summary only had one page of my most recent transactions totaling over 500,000 THB

* Additional personal bank account balance summary (just to prove I had additional funds just in case)

* Employment contract: as I own my own business, I made a letter stating I am the full owner, have no employees or business operations physically present in Thailand, and additional information about the formation of my business

* EIN Letter: official documentation showing the registration of my business in the United States

* Evidence of current location: 2 electric/gas utility bills from my home

* Portfolio: 3 most recent income invoices and screenshots of my business's social media pages

* Passport scan and current photo

Because I've seen a hundred people experience this, if you update your passport scan after filling in the form fields, make sure your passport information is correct unless you want to lose another $400

So relieved and thrilled to be returning to my favorite place in the world! Good luck to everyone ❤️
