How can I renew my Non-Immigrant O retirement visa at Chaengwattana, Bangkok, and what are the current procedures for booking an appointment and required forms?

Time for renewal of my extension of stay based on my non-immigrant O retirement at Chaengwattana, Bangkok

I have two questions regarding this

1. I tried to book time for an appointment but the webpage doesn't work. Do they still use the online booking or is it just out of order__ Does anyone know

1. I have tried to find the extra 3 forms to fill in on my computer. before I go to Immigration. Last year I prepared it, but the not very helpful woman handed over some other forms, she said they were new, but looked the same.
