Chiang Mai online appointments for extensions

Have they removed marriage extensions as an option to book schedules ?? I dont see marriage as a possibility to book ?

2nd one.. They are listing e-extensions on the CM immigration website but I believed that was only bangkok VFS not CM VFS (the website seems a little unclear).

Hi. Can anyone help me with how to extend a tourist visa (I’m from uk). My 60 days will be up on 16th October. My questions are: can I apply for the extension now and which office should I go to? Is it just a case of turning up and getting it the same day, as you do when getting the extra 30 days after visa exemption? I’m in Bangkok. Thank you.

Hello . We finally GOT my retirement visa along my trailing spouse! Here our saga.

* it is me and my Italian wife

* MUST book appointment online 2ppl = 2 appointments

* They will most likely send you to Counter 32

* Then Documentation check next office

* if you have an appointment just walk-in no queue ticket

* I filled TM7 for myself and wife as TRAILING spouse

* We both have non-O obtained OUTSIDE Thailand (Italy)

* Passport, original and copy of visa, entry stamp

* TM7

* STM2

* Overstay penalties form

* 2x photo

* Copy of house rental contract and original

* Photo in front of house

* wedding certificate + translation in english

* Wedding certificate MUST be legalized by your Embassy AND the Thai Department of Consular Affair! This can take some time, like 2-3 weeks, be aware!

* 2x 1800 THB

BANK

* I made a deposit of 800k on my personal savings account two months ago. The account is on MY NAME. Must be 60+ days

* Bank declaration stamped by bank for the 800+ THB in my account not older than 7 days(I did it the same day)

* Bank statement last 3+ months stamped by bank

* Original bank booklet + copy (with a transaction on the day you submit extension request)

I got visa for myself and my spouse and immediately after i got multi entry stamp.

I had to go 3 times to Immigration Div 1, my bad..

1st time; funds only 59 days...

2nd time; wedding certificate not notarized...

It is time consuming the first time but definitely doable!

We’re about to book an appointment for 12-month extension for a guardian visa at Bangkok Immigration.

On the booking page, do we select “Extension for Thailand Elite Member / Study / Teacher / Professor / Instructor / Expert or Educational Personel”

OR

“Extension Visa for Visit Spouse / Thai Children or in Case of Thai husband / Thai wife” among the booking services?

We’re all foreign nationals, and this appointment is for the parent / guardian visa extension, not our child.

Thanks to Tod and the other "Moderators" on this site I did my 1 Year Marriage Ext at Chaeng Wattana yesterday (02.02.2022) in record time. We even got a thank you for using the online appointment system. My wife said the IO was impressed with the Presentation and Preparation of my documents. Thanks again for the Info you guys provide.

A couple of points raised on this site recently;

No ATK Test, just filled out the Form.

6 Months Bank Statement , Bank Letter and Up Dated Bank Book 300 Baht. (Took Just 15 Mins).

Ext is now "Under Consideration" until 2nd March and I'm looking to book an online Appointment, but cant see "Under Consideration" listed on the system. Is it not possible?

Hi there. I couldn’t get an online app at Muang Thong Thani for extension of tourist visa since last Friday. All days are fully booked. Did anyone got the tourist visa extension without online appointment? Pls

Are people needing to book a queue for non b annual extensions at CW? Other years you had to queue and get a number in the early morning but with limited seating I had heard they wanted people to book and get a QR code prior to arrival

Good afternoon, hoping for a little bit of advice regarding booking an appointment at the Thai consulate at Vientiane. I'm looking to book an appointment for the back end of August ( Edu visa ) when i go onto the website to book I can only see options available for Tourist, Transit, Non B and further options for Laos residents. Any ideas on what i do? Cheers

I have a question (query) about booking the appointment online for a visa at the Thai Consulate, Vientiene, Laos.

I will be applying for an ED visa, but the only options available for all dates are Transit visa, Tourist visa, Non-Imm visa and Laos Resident. I assume I should select Non-Imm visa, as the other choices are not appropriate for my circumstances? Thank you.

Am trying to book a non-imm ed visa reservation appointment in Vientiane on July 9th. The latest reservation I can make appears to be June 18th. Does anyone know if there a limitation to how far out you can book a visa reservation on the Royal Thai Embassy website for Vientiane and what that is? Many thanks in advance. - Guy Monroe
