Where can I get a proper COVID-19 antigen test in Thailand, specifically in Samui or at Suvarnabhumi Airport?

So where in Thailand can I get a proper COVID-19 antiGEN test done? It seems all places either offer expensive RT-PCR tests (at around 4,000 baht), or they only offer antiBODY tests, which are totally unsuitable for a) detecting a current infection b) travel back to Europe. Ideally looking for this on Samui, or maybe at / around Suvarnabhumi Airport. Thank you for leads.
