My DTV in Poland has been approved as well! The process was quite smooth. Initially, I only submitted the contract, but since I’m self-employed, they requested an additional extract from the Company’s Register. Make sure to send all documents in English. Good luck with your visa applications!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user shared their experience of getting a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) approved in Poland, highlighting that the process was smooth. Initially, they submitted a contract but had to later provide an extract from the Company’s Register due to their self-employed status. Other users inquired about the required documents, including contract language, proof of tax payments, and processing times, revealing it is crucial to submit documents in English and the necessity for official translations if in another language. The discussion also touched upon varying requirements at different embassies and the importance of checking specific details with the embassy where one is applying.

Just a reminder. The documents that are accepted at the Thai embassy A might not be accepted or enough at the Thai Embassy B. Processing time also hugely vary by embassy. You need to check the details at the exact Royal Thai Embassy or Royal Thai Consulate-General that you are applying for your visa at/through.

What kind of contract?

If I sell digital products online (for example), what constitutes a contract? A transaction?

Why do you need a contract when it’s your company ?
Michal ****
@James ****
he probably works as an independent contractor on a B2B basis. His contract proves he has a client he works for and paying his invoices.

Ask the Thai Embassy or Consulate where you will be making applications for the DTV. It's likely to be with English translation.

What financial proofs were required? Bank account in your home country with 500,000 Thai baht for recent month ??? Or ???
Michał ***********
ORIGINAL POSTER
@James *******
That was enough to show a bank statement of the GBP account from Wise, including the total balance for the past month. “Financial evidence: amount of no less than 500,000 THB, e.g. bank statements, sponsorship letter : Please upload copy of bank statement with closing balance min. 500.000 Baht (or equivalent in other currency) for the last month (name of the account’s owner, balance and date must be shown). ** Documents in foreign languages must be officially translated”
Max *****
How many days did it take to get approval?
Michał ***********
ORIGINAL POSTER
@Max ****
2 days for the initial check and then 2 more days after I submitted additional documents.
