Thank you everyone, I just need a trusted translator from Spanish to English or Thai that is authorized by the Ministry of FA.

Please keep comments to the question. How other countries does certification is not important and only brings confusion.
Ron *******
Henry Durrant yes. There's a Spanish Embassy in Bangkok but who knows?

@Ron ******
He said the closest Embassy to his country was Taiwan.
Ron *******
The OP says his certificate is in Spanish. I'm not sure where Taiwan comes into it?
Henry *********
Sorry about that. Seeing as we don't know the country of origin for the certificate, the OP will need to check himself.

You may also need the certificate legalised by your home country before it can be certified by the Thai authorities. This is certainly the case for UK marriage certificates, but possibly not Taiwanese.

@Robert ******
just beat me to it!

When my marriage certificate had to be translated, it had to be a certified translation and also certified by Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs, so do make sure you have all instructions from your specific immigration office. They differ.
Robert *******
And the translation must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign affairs.

Don't forget, you will also need your Embassy to certify it.

Almost every city has a translation service, Google is your friend.
