TLDR : Answer Summary
To get an official government translation of your documents for immigration in Bangkok, you can visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) located near the Changwattana Immigration Office or the MFA office on the 5th floor of MBK Centre. If you need a translation from English to Thai, there are often translation services available outside the MBK office, which can provide translations within a couple of hours. After obtaining the translation, you need to take it to the MFA for certification.

As stated above you pay a translation service to get your document translated then you go to the MFA to get the translation certified, it's a 2 step process.

Is it a translation you want or a certified copy of a translated document from MFA ?
If you want a translation, English to Thai, go to MFA in MBK centre, 5th floor. Outside the office, there is usually a guy who will offer to do translation for you within 2 hours. I was dubious at first, was everything was legit.
