😀 Hey guys, hoping someone may have had a similar experience. I would appreciate all advice. I was unable to board my flight today due to the late return of my passport. I need to update all details on my Thai pass for my new departure date, hotel confirmation but the update option is no longer available, perhaps because today was my departure day. I can’t reach the 24 hour support desk as put on endless hold. Has any one worked their way through a similar situation? Thank you in advance 🙃
