πŸ˜€ Hey guys, hoping someone may have had a similar experience. I would appreciate all advice. I was unable to board my flight today due to the late return of my passport. I need to update all details on my Thai pass for my new departure date, hotel confirmation but the update option is no longer available, perhaps because today was my departure day. I can’t reach the 24 hour support desk as put on endless hold. Has any one worked their way through a similar situation? Thank you in advance πŸ™ƒ

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user shared their experience of being unable to board their flight due to a delayed passport return and the subsequent challenge of updating their Thailand Pass for a new departure date. Community responses indicated that the Thailand Pass remains valid for 7 days post the original travel date without needing updates, and if the new travel date exceeds this period, reapplying may be necessary. Additional advice included notifying hotels and ensuring insurance aligns with new dates.

Your Thailand Pass is good for 7 days after the date you applied for without you having to do anything. If your new travel date is later than that, I would just reapply.

Just make sure you notify your hotel of the new flight time and that your insurance lines up with your new travel dates.

thank you Brandon. I appreciate your help. I had read that it was a 72 hour difference though, not 7 days. I’m hoping you are right and will go and double check. Thanks again 😊

Thanks Andy, I tried but its recognizing my approved Thai Pass and not allowing me to start a new. My back up plan is to try using a different email of mine to see if thats helps with a new one.
