I have everything ready for my flight on 26th of December but today airline email me that the flight is canceled and rescheduled to 29th of December. I feel worried that they will reschedule again. If they do I can’t go back to thailand because flight date can only change 72hrs from original time. Do you guys think they will do a second delay? I’m so worried.

I’m sorry guys the flight is not delayed but rescheduled. Pardon my English. But yeah they reschedule it do you think they will reschedule again? Because if they do I won’t be able to go to thailand!

Legally they can't just offer a voucher, they either need to offer you a refund or endeavour to get you where you want to go with a partner airline. 3 days would not fall into the remit of a delay. Check your rights and then get in phone to customer service and be polite but firm

See what airlines are part the same alliance and see if there is a route that works for you with them. Then suggest to the representative you speak with

I had flight booked out to KL to comply with requirements, Airline delayed flight 3 days which would have taken me over my 30 days, luckily on arrival I extended. Now they have cancelled flight due to ‘covid’, will not give money back only another flight in 6 months or ‘vouchers’ the airlines are taking the pi** and have done for over a year!!. Hope your flights ok, just have a plan ‘b’, ready even at cost of losing the flight monies, of course depends where flying from. 🙏🙏

What airline is this? I would call them to get clarification. It’s seems very strange that this would be true.

I recommend you contact the airline and find out if not clear rebook and find out if you can get a date that will guarantee not to cancel
Braulio *********
@Tammy ***********
please explain how you get a “guarantee” that there will be no cancelation?

So how exactly does the 72 hours work?

For example, if you were initially supposed to fly into Thailand on Jan. 1st at 1pm, you would be permitted to enter any day / anytime before 11:59 pm on Jan. 4th?
