TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is applying for a DTV visa for Muay Thai but is having trouble obtaining the TM30 from their landlord since they only have a lease contract. Commenters suggest that the TM30 may not be necessary for the DTV application, as it is primarily required for 90-day reporting. One commenter notes that accommodation proof may not be needed for the visa application, though some embassies might ask for a lease agreement. Others mention the importance of having Muay Thai coaching booked for any re-entry and suggest alternatives for obtaining a TM30.

That’s good. Just be aware it may need to be booked before you do any re entry is all I’m saying. I would assume it would still need to be with the gym that meets requirements and not alternative, may also require proof of funds as well but no one actually knows yet, if it was me I would be making sure I have everything in place. Nothing worse than being refused entry with everything still there.
I am new to the DTV but if you already live there why do you need a VISA that is 180 days max per visit for 5 years ? Maybe you are on a less beneficial VISA? I assume when you say living there you are permanent ?
yeah, I can’t sell you tho, just FYI. I don’t want you to misunderstood me. 🤣 I got DTV with all legal and correct documents. 😋 if you want to get you can ask every agent for easily.
