TLDR : Answer Summary
If your landlord is unwilling to submit the TM30 form necessary for your visa extension, you may face difficulties completing your 90-day reporting. Generally, the TM30 form is an obligation of the property owner or head of the household. Without it, immigration officials may require proof of your residence, such as your rental contract, but typically they will not accept this as a substitute for the TM30. It is advisable to communicate directly with your landlord to encourage them to complete this requirement or seek alternative solutions, like reaching out to your local immigration office for guidance.
