How can I register my TM30 if my landlord is abroad and I lack the lease document?

We are filling TM30 online and find a difficulty now. My hostel owner rent the property and landlord is abroad. Therefore, we cannot attach the required file for TM30 registration online. The lease document is also not handy and it will take a lot of time to search.

Anything else I can do?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is encountering difficulties filling out the TM30 registration online due to the landlord being abroad and lacking the necessary lease documents. Suggestions from the community include having the landlord or an official representative submit the documents in person at the immigration office or checking into a hotel that can assist with the TM30 registration.

Sounds like you're getting it sorted and you have the advice you need to get a TM30 filed.. Good Luck with it. (y)

Check into a cheap hotel for the night. They will submit a tm30

Everyone helped me here, update on the situation.

It seemed the ASQ also didn’t report TM30. They said they never passed it to a guest. They can only give me guest registration card.

So, searching a proper rental now. 😈

will it be ok if 1 day stay registration? I stayed for 10 days at ASQ when I started coming here. Will it be fine if I ask TM30 from that Hotel?

@Ka**
if you do, ask for screen shot of TM30 registration. I'm in similar situation (3rd party registered for me) and screenshot is all the proof I have.

@Ka**
yes it should. However there is no promises that the hotel would actually file the TM30

The owner, or rentor, or landlord or somebody who is pointed out as their official middle man, let us assume the person who made a contract and collected the rent, makes a copy from your passport and visit the Immigration Office to submit the documents in person.

Amazing Thailand, seems you have to move if you need an address

What immigration office are you using, and are you doing a short-term AirBnB rental?
Kate ****

@Benjamin *****
CW Immigration I suppose because I’m in Bangkok. And yes, AirBnb short-term rental. Not a registered hotel or accommodation rental.
Benjamin ******
@Ka**
AirBnBs do not do TM30s since short term unlicensed hotels are technically illegal.

OMG!

Then, there is no way I can do TM30 and apply for extension.

@Ka**
you can see if they are willing to fine you 1,600 THB for failing to file a TM30.

If you go for TM30, you need to go to MTT, not CW.

I’m on TR and this is my first extension. For this, should I go to CW or MTT? And by the way, please suggest the long form of MTT.

@Ka**
you will go to Chaeng Wattana for your extension from TR entry. You need to go to Muang Thon Thani temporary immigration office for registering TM30.
