you can't do the TM 30 yourself , legally otherwise the immigration system would be completely compromised. Its the duty of the landlord or hotel , if they fail and grt reported its 4000 baht fine. If they stoll refuse go to the police they will make them do it differently

I personally believe its pointless people bringing stuff from their own countries to Thailand ,why ???? Expensive and pointless , you can get everything to live here. Also you never will become a national or resident here so its best to be able to stay as mobile as possible
