I guess if you can get 400,000baht into bank account now and then apply for covid extension a day or 2 after, then you can then apply for 1 year

if I was to try and get a 60 day extension, I am under the impression by people we spoke to today that it voids my 1 year visa. I would then need to apply again after the extension yeah?
