What documents do I need for a 90-day check-in in Thailand if I haven't moved or traveled?

Sorry, just completely blanked out my recollection of my last couple of 90 day check-ins. If I've not moved since the previous check-ins do I need to fill out a form or anything when I go for a 90 day check-in? Or do I just walk in with my passport and slip from last time? Seems like that is all I needed but I just don't recall. I will carry a copy of my lease, the owner's id, and whatever else I had when I first moved into the house just in case. But I still think passport and last slip is all I need. Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
For a 90-day check-in in Thailand, if you haven't moved or traveled since your last appointment, you only need to bring your passport and the slip from your previous check-in. It is also suggested to carry a copy of your lease and the owner's ID as a precaution, though they may not be required. Some users recommend doing the check-in online first or using the 'Drive Thru' immigration service in Phuket for convenience.

Moderator: feel free to close.

I went to Jomtien immigration this afternoon for standard 90-day check-in with no changes. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I waited longer to get a number than I did to get service once inside. I confirm that my passport with any and all goodies stapled in (obviously including slip from previous check-in) is all that was required.

Yep always a laugh when my Thai wife has to hand over my Passport from the passenger seat

Use the Drive Thro' in Phuket.. easy... Just handover your pp with the slip stapled inside. Works a treat.. On Line seems to patchy at times... So can't be bothered.

You are correct... I take the pincer stick (I use to pick up litter etc... Washed! +) wind the passenger side window down .... and always receive a smile when I offer my passport to the officer... and when the passport comes back duly updated!

Odd, that sounds like an American drive-thru built for left-hand drive cars.

isn't it strange how the drive thru is backwards down there in phuket and when you drive up it's on the passenger side?

If you haven't moved or been out of the country, try to do it online first. You've nothing to lose and a lot to gain

Just can't be bothered with the inconsistency I seem to get from the online or app as far as working or not. And I'm pretty computer savvy. I live just a VERY short ride from the Jomtien office so I go and avoid the frustration. Maybe if I lived further away I would try harder. And this check-in is after a fresh extension so think I would have to go in person anyway or so some have said.
