It's about a knowledgeable moderator telling a poster he was full of it! Was he blunt? You bet however the posters stupid comment invited that. Blaming his Embassy actions on Thailand says it all and deserved a blunt reply .

We can do without that poster bad mounting his Embassy and Thailand but not the knowledgeable moderators on this page and I know that's the opinion of the majority and I bet you do too.

When my Embassy decided not to do the money verification I received sound advice on my options right here on this site. I implemented them and had zero problems with using monthly income. Had the poster come looking for advice he may have received some but he received what he was looking for.

over two decades here and no visa problems and I find it very simple. After my Embassy quit the income affidavits went to 65Km monthly with no problem and then to the 800K and now to the LTR. If you actually have the income this is a easy place to retire.
