Which airline?

I found out that I can fly to Singapore and take a flight to Phuket from there. There are no flights until the morning. I read that I can be escorted by staff to an airport hotel and stay the night there until my flight the next day. It also said that an airport staff would escort me to an "appropriate facility" for my dog to answer natures call. It's almost too good to be true. I don't know how to verify it.

not sure if I can trust your information when you told me there are no direct flights to Thailand. I am going to Phuket from BKK, so I won't be leaving the airport and going to baggage claim.

I can fly from Phoenix to Seattle to Bangkok directly. Ive been on the computer all day. I can do the same with American Airlines.
