Can I quarantine on Koh Samui and are there quarantine hotels that allow dogs?
Does anyone know if i can quarantine on Koh Samui and if any quarantine hotels allow dogs there?
Answer summary
Currently, travelers are only permitted to quarantine in Bangkok, Pattaya, or perhaps Phuket, but the situation regarding Koh Samui is complicated. Additionally, ASQ (Alternative State Quarantine) hotels do not allow pets, as this is mandated by government policy rather than individual hotel rules. For pet travel, animals must be placed in kennels during the quarantine period.

You can only quarantine in Bangkok and Pattaya (and maybe Phuket but that's complicated).
Also animals are not allowed in ASQ hotels, this is a government policy not a hotel one. There are many posts about bringing animals into the country on the "Farangs Stranded Abroad due to lockdown in Thailand" Facebook page.
