Hello, looking for Visa advice. I am from the USA hoping to get a 60 day Tourist Visa that I can eventually extend for another 30 days after that. I am currently in the USA and worried my 60 day Tourist Visa would not be approved by the time of my ideal flight date into Thailand on December 3rd (I have not bought my flight yet as I am trying to figure out the visa). Does anyone know how long it takes? Or if I could come to Thailand and get a Visa Upon Arrival and then extend that or apply for a longer visa while in Thailand? My third, option is I fly into Indonesia before Thailand in a few days and could go to the Thai Embassy in person in Indonesia to try to get a 60 day Tourist Visa, if I could get this in time for my ideal flight date on Dec. 3rd?

If I’m traveling from U.S to Koh Samui, do I need a visa? My partner and I plan to stay for at least 2 months. I have never traveled outside the country..

Is it every 30 days we need our passport stamped?

& if I’m not taking a direct flight to Thailand, and my connecting flights land in another country along the way, would that require a visa?

I haven’t been able to find a clear answer to these questions on the web.

If applying for eVisa to fly from USA to Thailand how soon should I apply? My travel plans are not yet confirmed. I would like to travel end of January beginning of February. I buy tickets now, apply for visa, then wait until 3 weeks before flying to do thai pass?

Is there an issue that I was 21 days not in austria?

Because they say you have to be in countries on the list before enter an USA and Austria on the list.

When I applied for my COE on the Thai Pass system it did not ask for my visa. Is this normal. I did get a successful completion

Hi, was looking at flights to Bangkok for November and I see various transits (layovers) from Tokyo, Narita, Doha, Seoul, and Singapore.

The cheapest routes for me are transiting through Tokyo or Narita. Are these options possible as of current? If not, any other recommendations?

I want to fly directly to Phuket from the USA. Does anyone know what airlines do this? If I fly into Bangkok will I be able to find a connection? I am traveling with a service dog and don't want to give him up. If I find a flight to Phuket from Bangkok will I be able to take my dog onboard?
