Thanks. From what I hear, you risk loosing your Medicare benefits if you have SS direct deposit into your Thai bank account.

Don't I have to contact Social Security directly for that?

What brought that on? You're a total stranger and have no idea what my personal situation is. What is your problem? Your comment is neither appropriate nor appreciated.

That’s what the graphic is from, TA website, taken today. Not arguing with your comment, but as we know, airlines cancel flights and governments change policies so what was true in December might not be true today.

Still, it's a good idea to double-check with them.

TA announced in November it would resume flights to Bangkok in December. I just snipped this from TA's website. I keep an eye on them because I need a TA return flight to the US in June.

This is an excerpt from the article, “The CDC order for universal testing of passengers, including U.S. citizens returning from abroad, comes weeks after the Trump administration imposed a testing requirement for travelers from the U.K. over concerns about a more infectious strain of the virus that was detected there. Since then, the new strain has been found elsewhere in the world, and its presence in the U.S. has been confirmed.” It says it is expected to go into effect January 26th.

you may have seen the post with the CDC announcement by now, but just to reconfirm it, Wall Street Journal published the same news this morning, the US will start requiring negative COVID-19 tests to enter the country.
