Hello Stephen. Actually I wasn't asking for my self, Singaporean couple and yes they already got the quotation from Pacific Cross which is around 37k for age 65+ per head. They are planning to move their current visa to Non B + dependant where they have business here in Thailand with less hassle money gathering in the bank every year + new insurance regulation which is quite expensive by their POV.
