Age 62. Currently staying on a Non-OA extension + wife (Age 50+) on dependant extension. Questions are : -
1. Thai Immigration will allow International Health insurance policy which has applied in Singapore ( Covering Thailand ) with Max premium benefits of 1 million THB annually,
2. As his wife was obtaining her yearly extension as Non-OA dependant last 10+ years, does she able to do it same as last year or She also have to apply for individual Non-OA with demanded Thai Insurance policy.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A Singaporean couple, aged 62 and 50+, currently hold Non-OA visas and are seeking confirmation on two main concerns regarding health insurance and visa extension eligibility for their yearly permits. They want to know if an international health insurance policy from Singapore, covering Thailand with a premium benefit of 1 million THB annually, will be accepted by Thai Immigration. Additionally, they seek clarification on whether the wife can continue her yearly extension as a Non-OA dependant or if she now needs to apply for an individual Non-OA visa under the new regulations requiring specific Thai-approved insurance.

Hi Sayaad, I work for Pacific Cross Health Insurance based in Bangkok you and your Wife will need to use a Thai approved Health Insurance provider as stated by
Hello Stephen. Actually I wasn't asking for my self, Singaporean couple and yes they already got the quotation from Pacific Cross which is around 37k for age 65+ per head. They are planning to move their current visa to Non B + dependant where they have business here in Thailand with less hassle money gathering in the bank every year + new insurance regulation which is quite expensive by their POV. Thank you for your concern.
