i only know that there is huge price difference for medicines tablet you get from bamrumgrad and pharmacies outside, can be as great as 20-70% more expensive!

some reality check: air pollution (you can download air quality app.to check daily) can.be quite serious, water quality (local people do.not drink from tap water), public drainage system is poor (avoid living in high risk big flood area), low world ranking in public road safety, also avoid living too near sky train station (noise level high) or too far away (too hot to walk long distance), ALL THESE CAN BE VERIFIED BY GOOGLE SEARCH

i think you have to make sure that vaccines shot in thailand (esp made in thailand) are recognized overseas for travel. Maybe it is better to check with WHO which serves as a worldwide benchmark. Previously hongkong did not recognize even sinovac shot in thailand sponsored by China consulate n hk trade office in thailand!

why not apply retire O visa on arrival? that route helps you get rid of costly but not quite useful mandatory healthvinsurance every year, as any pre condition likely all excluded.from protection
