Can you enter Thailand as a tourist and apply for a Non-B visa once there?

I was lucky they got my passport and application on Monday and I got it back today with a 90 day TR visa . Did my COE online and it all went through within a few hours but I had the same problem with no email or messenger response 😞

What Visa Do I Need to Stay in Thailand for 3 Months from the USA?

I’m having the same issue with London embassy and flying in two weeks (hopefully) I applied for the COE and they emailed me to say you need your visa first (TR for 60 days which I could extend when I’m there) you can’t go in and out or you will need to quarantine again and probably in where ever you go to as well.)

It says different on the Coe website but that’s what they emailed me so passports in the post to the embassy now and COE will be done online as soon as it’s back all being well. Good luck

I didn’t think you could get a tourist visa at the moment ?

You need a certificate of entry and not sure you can get them for tourism ??

They are closed on a weekend so I always do on a Monday as normally change location over a weekend. Never had an issue dating the TM30 from the Saturday
