The first agent I used in pattaya before covid charged

the visa was awarded Aroplane booked everything sorted then covid came visa expired an plane ticket refunded this time was straightforward

Not really mate im going through it now for my Thai partner to come to the uk on a 6 month holiday visa an to be honest its pretty easy to process we told the truth an gave them what they wanted photos documents etc can I ask why do they process the paperwork in India
