I am probably confused about validity of METV visa (6 months) and period of stay (60 days) or maybe what Im reading old document. . Can you share the "if you do it correctly" approach to get 9 months on METV ?

Yes i see - thank you. So i can buy/apply for a non immigrant O (not an O-A which can only be done at Consulate or embassy in my own country) in Chaing Mai without either a medical certificate of FBI/police report? Do i have that correct ?
