Answer me this . I took all the documents you mentioned to 3 banks that said no, Bangkok bank, scb , kasikorn... Krungsri said yes.

....so please explain , if my documents were good enough for krungsri , why did the other three refuse..are you telling me krungsri don't know what they are doing and should also have refused or should the other three had open my account as my paper work was correct.

Either three are right to refuse or one was wrong to accept and open an account. So if all banks...follow the same rules tell me why that happened. ....???

Pete PowerPeter ...please get a grip...you sound like you have lived here long enough to know the rules are looked at by individual bank,individual staff etc. Stop keep telling people they are wrong and spouting the rules as you know them. We are experiencing this...NOW...so just accept it.

You may be right with the rules....but you are Wrong in the real world at the moment. Im sick of people preaching what happened to them......when did you get your back account..what year...where ...what visa...what bank..please enlighten the group and I'm sure we will all be at that ban tomorrow and maybe you can meet us and show how f..ing easy it is to.get an account .Now not in 2001

ok that's frustrating lol. Udon thani immigration is big offtai surprised they can't do it. I had plenty of time left. So typical of Thailand tho....rules are rules except when t they aren't😀😀

when did you do that. I was told have to get non o for retirement 90 days from outside of Thailand.

Udon thani immigration told me that in person in may so I went to laos and got it
