so I guess i would be on a bridging visa till a decision is made by immigration.
I was concerned since my 90days non-o expires on Monday and they asked me to go in on Tuesday which is a day after my current stamp. Which theoretically would have put me on an overstay on different type of visa.
yes i do have the stamp and the blue receipt but I thought a decision needed to be made before my current visa in which expires on Monday the 22nd of July.
What happens if, for example, you obtain a re-entry permit and depart Thailand before your 90-day reporting due date?
For instance, if you're on a NON-O year extension and your reporting deadline is September 7th, but you plan to travel abroad a few weeks prior. Do you still need to report? Upon returning, I will remain at the same address in Thailand.
