I'm assuming they'd tell me to come back later if I went now, so I'll go closer towards Dec-20. Is the 60-day extension still going to be offered then?
1. The generic consulate letter shown in the attached image is the one that's been rejected. Is he saying that it is now being accepted, as long as its a hard copy?
2. Does the U.S. embassy even offering original/hard copies? They've only been sending out email ones
