Regarding embassy letters, are the ones issued prior to the amnesty being announced still valid? I have a personalized letter from the U.S. embassy dated 3/24/2020 that I didn't use since I just went with the amnesty. Asking b/c I don't see anywhere that says existing letters have expiration dates. Thanks in advance for the advice.
TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired whether an embassy letter issued before the announcement of amnesty is still valid, specifically a personalized letter from the U.S. embassy dated March 24, 2020. They did not use it since they opted for the amnesty. Responses suggest checking with local Thai immigration, although it is assumed that existing letters do not have expiration dates.
