I am actually applying for a non O marriage visa having had a non B visa for 18 years. I previously had a non O marriage visa.

the British Embassy does not give affidavits for UK pensions. All I can do is to see if immigration can accept quarterly deposits. Can’t do anything else.

I know you wrote monthly deposits. The question is do you know if quarterly deposits that equate to more than the minimum monthly requirement are accepted by immigration?

the income is from abroad. The Embassy does not give an income affidavit. I have 12 months of foreign deposits. The deposits are made quarterly not monthly but are equivalent to more than the required monthly 40k.

that is the problem. I don’t want to be going up and down with additional documents which could have bee obtained at the beginning.
