I needed mine for a university course in the UK. It’s called a certificate of good conduct, I believe. I gave them all the documents and was given two options. Get it sent back to my Thai address in one month. Or get it sent back to my Thai address in one week for 3,000 baht. I’m not sure how it works to send the certificate abroad. But it’s worth getting before you leave.
