the problem is that people who are trolls may be taken seriously, causing them to make the wrong decision. I’ve seen it happened before on another group I mod.

I highly recommend UK Visa and Immigration Information Facebook group. They are experts about UK visa laws.

And what are you trying to do? Are you trying to get:

- An in-country Non-O Visa Based on Raising half-Thai child?

- A Non-O Visa Based on Raising half-Thai Child outside of Thailand?

- A one year extension of stay based on raising half-Thai child?

- A 60 day extension of stay based on visiting Thai family?

Again, as I quoted above:

"Please quote the laws where a visa agent is regulated and must maintain compliance of their customer's information?"

If you can, give me the information. If not, shut up.

Still doesn't change the risk analysis 😕

What immigration office?

>Also is there a visa agent

Please do not use an agent.

When a foreigner uses an agent, the following risks exist:

1. The agent loses the passport.

2. The agent may have a copy of the stamps and stamp the passport without sending it to an immigration officer.

3. The agent may decide not to support the customer because they lost the contact within the immigration officer who issues the extension of stay.

4. The agent may steal the passport, other documents, or money from a foreigner’s bank account.

5. The extension of stay that was issued may be retroactively voided if the immigration officer is audited and falsified documents are discovered.

6. Once a foreigner starts using an agent, it is almost impossible to stop using the agent without leaving the country.

@Brahim *****
Wrong:

This is an article from April 2020 about the curfews:

/tat-update-thailand-imposes-nighttime-curfew-from-3-april-2020-until-further-notice/

This is an article from September, 2021 about the lifting of the restrictions that existed:

Do you have any proof of what I'm saying is wrong?

The last time it was raised, there were shutdowns. This includes:

- reducing the frequency of the Bangkok bus/ mass transit system

- Forbidding shops from selling certain items (i.e. closing cell phone shops, electronics, paper, markets etc).

- Curfews/ shutting down
****
between certain hours

- Banning the buses that run between provinces

- 14 day forced Quarantine/ Isolation when entering a muban (STILL being enforced in certain mubans).

- Requiring restaurants to do take away only

- Banning sale of alcohol for 14 days (I can not imagine that'll happen again though)
