like said best to Google the rates and compare it to bank charges it could be worse or better I just use western union for the convenience the bank only allows me to withdraw 10 thousand baht a day obviously if need more it's extra charge and going to ATM next day again

pay the transaction fee for western union that's it ain't paying for cash machine I've used it all time when in Thailand I'm sure if you Google rates between using cash machine and western it will be cheaper
