you need to be TM30 registered at your accomodation, your passport, two passport size pictures (some Immigrations do it digitally), and 1900.- THB. You will fill out the TM7 form on Immigration

It doesn't matter where the nearest office is, you must use the immigration office that corresponds to the province you are staying in. Koh Lanta is in Krabi province, so you would use the Krabi immigration office.
