I meant any bank in Thailand. After Dec 12, the UK embassy will no longer issue the Certificate of Income.

I'm not the expert, but it MUST be into Thai Bank account. The whole purpose is to make sure this money is coming into Thailand. My understanding anyway.

Thank you for your reply. I've been getting mixed advice. I am told now that since the affidavit will not be forthcoming from UK, and even the US will follow suit, that I need to show via my Thai bank statement that yes there was more than an average of 65,000 baht deposited into the Thai account during the previous year. That will suffice. I hope so, as I don't want to keep so much money in a dead account. Thanks.

I've had this Non Im O visa for retirement for 14 years. Just now will use Loei instead of Bangkok, and also for first time no Bangkok address. So I hope just the bank statement from here is enough verifying the income, and no more $50 trip to US Embassy for that letter. :)
